Astore is a 120-kilometer-long, 5,000-kilometer-square valley in the Gilgit-Baltistan state in the north of Pakistan. Summer is the peak tourist season in Astore Valley due to its mild and pleasant weather conditions. The temperatures during this time range between 20°C and 30°C (68°F and 86°F) during the day. It is essential to carry heavy woolen, including thick jackets, hats, gloves, and warm footwear if visiting during winter
